I’ve made a conscious decision not to show the oopsies of which there are some but instead I want to show why and how Dries gets it and lives on! The colorations, the pattern mixes the tonality of the patterns and mixtures are exquisite.

This is a collection that may not be as you would wear it but I’d double dog bet there are more than one or two pieces that any seasoned fashion follower will covet and crave. Earlier I spoke to a colleague about clothes that are now being shown for Spring 2020 and the fact that they are not covetous ... just silly absurd propositions to gain attention, fill racks and populate runways in hopes of attention.

Dries runs the gamut from the severely tailored to the loose as a goose relaxed looks that simply work as fashion not as media hooks meant to shock … in other words these are clothes to wear and keep as they are timeless yet timely.

The silhouette of the pants is primarily lean… not tight but slim and then he throws in the baggy variety, there is a navy trench coat type piece of outerwear that is simply spectacular. Of course, for me there’s plenty of leopard but the coloration is more muted, yet not dead and by doing so he creates compatibility to so many other patterns that it is mixed with.

PS … the omissions are well somewhat out of character but who cares when there is so much here to sink your teeth into!
