You reap what you sow and in this case … this is a collection that was hailed and hyped as the next greatest deesigner collection in years, whenever that last show was. Oh yes, the fawning, unknowledgeable and pandering media coupled with of course Barneys, the buyers of the unknown and unwanted, hailed this as a designer with vision and talent. As far as I can see here the talent and vision equates to markdowns.

Maybe the hefty trash bag grouping is to your liking or possibly the antimacassar segment or maybe the scuba onesies, the attempt at body wrapping, the trying to be milk maid dresses and lastly maybe the poorly made matronly madam boiled wool suits and coats. I foresee the clients rushing the doors clamoring for this pile of nothingness.

I say it again, keep hyping those markdown collections and the untalented designers and see what happens……………… more and more of the brick and mortar stores will see their untimely demise while trying to buy the latest and greatest instead of buying clothes that might actually sell ………………. Here is the case in point.
