Fendi is one of those collections that has always been a hit
or miss situation. Karl uses it as an amusement I think and the Fendis just
like to have a collection that they can sell in their stores along with
handbags and furs.

This season the clothes speak to me in the most positive
way. The collection is fun; imagine that, without looking like a fashion
victim’s wardrobe of choice. The clothes are spirited, graphic in pattern,
wearable and bold and all held together in one of the brand’s more cohesive
collections. Does one see a hint of Delpozo or maybe even Bottega Veneta or
even worse, maybe a little Chloe/Celine and the dreaded Rosie Assoulin? Well
... yeah but who cares because Karl is Karl and Karl does what he wants, when
he wants, how he wants and throws shade to just about anyone he wants.

Make no mistake, these are ageless expensive clothes meant
for either city or resort … imagine that!
